Teaching Assistant - Ipswich - September Start\n\nProspero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive primary school in Ipswich, starting September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners and looking to develop their career within a nurturing school environment that offers strong mentorship and ongoing professional development.\n\nThe school is looking for a committed practitioner with effective behaviour management skills and a genuine desire to inspire and support pupils across the primary age range.\n\n📌 CONTRACT DETAILS\n\nLocation - Ipswich\n\nPosition - Teaching Assistant\n\nType of work - Classroom support\n\nStart date - September\n\nDuration - Ongoing / Long‑term\n\nFull time/part‑time - Full time\n\nRate of pay - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)\n\nHours - 08:30am - 15:45pm\n\n📚 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS\n\nExperience supporting children in a UK primary school (placements accepted)\n\nRelevant TA training or qualifications desirable\n\nUp‑to‑date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)\n\n✔️ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:\n\nHold Right to Work in the UK\n\nHold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one\n\nProvide two professional child‑related references\n\n💼 OTHER INFORMATION\n\nIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with an up‑to‑date CV.
